Areca is a naturally fallen wooden leaf that is gathered, cleaned, and sanitized, then handcrafted into our earthy plates. There are no chemicals used in the production of our plates. These are 100% natural made from a leaf as it appears in nature. We don't grind up a leaf or use a powder. We use the entire leaf to craft our plates. Biodegradable plates are significantly better for the planet compared to paper plates and plastic plates. They are also compostable so you can use them and then turn them into the soil for your garden. You can feel good knowing you are benefiting future generations.
